Who you are working with
Theo Necker
I spent 20 years building a movement practice across breakdancing, parkour, capoeira, yoga, handbalancing and acrobatics. I hold 800 hours of yoga teacher training and have coached clients and hosted retreats across Europe, Asia, the Caribbean and the Middle East.
I don't teach fitness. I teach movement mastery — the kind that changes how you carry yourself, how you train, and how you move through life.
